 visas, invitations, registrations foreign employees - is often a requirement imposed in major Russian companies - especially construction and insurance;
 business correspondence in a foreign language - a requirement of foreign and large Russian companies;
 Acting interpreter - this requirement applies only to western companies.

These are the basic duties of office managers, but as they say representatives of recruitment agencies, in different companies, in addition to the above features, to office managers are presented very different requirements. Western companies, more often, office manager combines the functions of: housewife + office + secretary personal assistant, and in fact is equivalent to the post - the administrative director of the company.

Required Education:

 often require higher education, but it can be a special medium to small companies;
 due to the fact that not only where it is cooked office managers, most companies prefer specialists with education in the humanities - philology, journalism, in the field of PR, sometimes - economic;
 encouraged, further to higher education - the end of specialized courses;
 Welcomes the completion of additional courses on knowledge of PC (Word, Excel), knowledge of 1C;
 knowledge of a foreign language - in Western companies is a mandatory requirement.
